West Midway is designed as a mixed income, mixed use community, oriented around easy access to pedestrian styled streets and public transit. It will feature a myriad of green paseos, parks, and 10,000+ sq ft of commercial space. W. Midway focuses on redeveloping supportive housing currently operated by Alameda Point Collaborative, Operation Dignity and Building Futures with Women and Children (Collectively referred to as RESHAP), to revitalize Alameda Point as a desirable and affordable location to live.
