The Presidio Trust is a unique federal agency that manages the Presidio of San Francisco, a national park that was once a military base.

In his role as Real Estate Development Manager for the Trust from 2006-2012, Scott Ward led planning, analysis and execution for the restoration and rehabilitation of many of the Presidio's historic buildings, including the first LEED Gold certifications ever achieved in a historic rehabilitation project. These buildings now serve as community spaces for events, education, and cultural programs and provide revenue that helps make the Presidio of San Francisco the world’s first self-sustaining national park.
